Super Villa blow Derby away
Terry celebrated in the Villa dug-out as three goals in 11 minutes from John McGinn, Tammy Abraham and Conor Hourihane sent Derby crashing to a first home defeat since August 11.
Derby had brought Fikayo Tomori back into central defence but Villa looked dangerous from the start with Albert Adomah whipping in a cross which Jonathan Kodjia headed over from six yards.
Kodjia should have done better when some casual defending at the other end allowed Tom Lawrence to fire just over from the edge of the box before Abraham volleyed wide after some clever link-up play.
Villa's second-half dominance finally paid off in the 74th minute when Yannick Bolasie got behind Derby on the left and crossed for McGinn to head in from six yards.
Derby were caught again four minutes later when McGinn played the ball in from the left and this time Abraham made no mistake from close range.
The game was over in the 84th minute when McGinn was fouled just outside the area and Hourihane curled the free-kick past Carson to put the seal on an impressive Villa display.
Dortmund edge Bayern in five goal epic
Robert Lewandowski broke the deadlock against his former club after heading home from the edge of the six-yard box.
Dortmund levelled from the penalty spot through Marco Reus after he had been fouled by Bayern keeper Manuel Neuer.
Lewandowski headed Bayern back into the lead before two goals in six second-half minutes by Reus and Paco Alcacer won it for Dortmund.
Lewandowski thought he had equalised in the 94th minute but his hat-trick celebrations were cut short by an offside flag.
Bayern, champions of Germany for the past six seasons, trail Dortmund by seven points in the Bundesliga table after 11 games following an extraordinary game.
'Heartbroken' Bellew boxer retires after defeat
Bellew, 35, briefly said he felt a "failure" because of his eighth-round stoppage defeat against the undisputed cruiserweight world champion.
Wife Rachael instantly shouted from the back of the news conference that he "hadn't failed at all", while Bellew's father also yelled words of praise.
"It's definitely over, you'll not see me in a ring again," said a sobbing Bellew.
"Now I just want to be normal, so please leave me alone.
"No one who knows me calls me Tony, I've always been Anthony to them. Tony Bellew exists for these cameras really. Tony Bellew died tonight, it's Anthony that's left.
"I have won. I sit here as a loser, heartbroken, but I have won in life. When I was expelled in school, I had nothing, with nowhere to go. Now my family are millionaires. I never dreamed this would be possible."A win over Usyk would have made Bellew the first Briton to hold four world titles in a weight division.
Vettel escapes grid penalty
Vettel will therefore still start second on Sunday's grid on the front row alongside polesitter Lewis Hamilton.
The Ferrari driver has been fined €25,000 and been issued with an official reprimand by Interlagos stewards.
The FIA had claimed that Vettel 'refused to turn off the engine' when called for weighing at the start of Q2, which made it 'difficult to get a stable result'. By then driving off down the pit lane, Vettel was also said to have 'destroyed the scales'.
The German knocked over a cone in front of the scales and then could be seen clapping his hands for the officials to speed up the process during his weighing, as he wanted to quickly make it to the Ferrari garage to change to soft tyres in the changing conditions.
"They shouldn't call us," Vettel insisted after qualifying. "When the conditions are changing like that I think it's unfair if somebody is pulled in.
"I wanted them to hurry up."Stewards rebuked Vettel for forcing an official, who was holding a 'brakes on' message, out of the way as he drove on to the scales.
