Instead, you say:
His mercies endure forever.
Or
His mercy endures forever.
Note:
According to the rule of Concord, a singular subject must go with a singular verb, while a plural subject goes with a plural verb.
Let's check the verb now:
endures - singular
endure - plural
This is a very common blunder, and I need us to start getting it right, henceforth.
