Telawaa: Two Different Words!

On TELAWA (The English Language Academy With Ayo Alonge)

"Seeing" a movie is not the same as "watching" it. They are two different things.

"See" - You see a movie when you go to a cinema where you are meant to pay for the service. It implies that the venue is a public place and that it is a business centre. It may also be a public place where you aren't meant to pay though.

"Watch"- You watch a movie in your house or that of anyone else. It implies that you aren't paying for it.
