Have you ever come across the word, "centripetal"?
centripetal: It means "moving or tending to move towards a centre."
Example: The corps members were scattered around until the biggle blew to order them to a centripetal position.
The opposite of it is "centrifugal", which means "moving or tending to move away from the centre."
