Incorrect:
My dad doesn't like when food is too pepperish.

Correct:
My dad doesn't like when food is too PEPPERY.

Note:
When your food has too much of pepper, you say it is "peppery".

There is no such word as "pepperish", in English.

You won't find it in any dictionary!
